We are always excited to hear from our customers. If you would like to place an order, ask a question or request information from Charming Sam, we recommend that you contact us at information--at--charmingsam--dot--com. You will receive a response within 48 hours.
Shipping:
Domestic shipping is provided by USPS or UPS - costs are based on your package weight. Please note: packages with a value greater than $250 may REQUIRE A SIGNATURE. The delivery of these packages may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery. Most orders are processed the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number(s) if applicable.
You are only charged the actual shipping charges from UPS - based upon your selection of service (Ground, 2-Day, Overnight). Average cost for ground service is approximately $8.
International Shipping:
Is available for all products and available through the checkout process. Delivery for international shipments is dependant on the country where you reside. A handling fee of $5 is added to all international orders.
Exchanges / Returns:
Since all Charming Sam products are handmade in the USA with natural materials, slight variations may occur in our products. We are glad to exchange any item(s) for which you are not happy. Returned item(s) MUST be received by Charming Sam within fifteen (15) calendar days of the original shipping date. Products purchased on Sale may not be returned - all sale purchases are final. Shipping and handling on all returned item(s) is non-refundable. Item(s) being returned must be unworn, unaltered, and in the original packaging.
You may request an exchange of the same item (no additional shipping costs), or request Charming Sam issue a one time non-transferable store credit. Store credits must be redeemed within one (1) year of the issue date. No refunds to credit cards will be allowed. Returns which arrive after fifteen (15) calendar days of the original ship date are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All sales are final after thirty (30) calendar days from the original ship date.
Complete the return form on the back of your packing slip and ship your item(s) pre-paid and insured in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipment costs. Charming Sam recommends that you ship your return via UPS or US Priority Mail with insurance as you are responsible for damage or loss during return shipment to Charming Sam. Charming Sam considers its retail outlets as one of the most important aspects of our company. To buy wholesale we require minimum purchases and your Resale Tax ID.

Ordering from Charming Sam is easy and secure. Use our web site to place your order 24/7. The site is always up and changing regularly. By placing an online order your order will be immediately sent to our distribution center.
Coupons/Discount Codes/Promo Codes:
Special coupons, gift certificates and discount codes may not be combined.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax is only added to orders shipped to any address within the state of California.
Repairs:
We stand behind our quality and craftsmanship. If your Charming Sam jewelry becomes damaged from shipping or normal wear, we will gladly repair it free of charge within 30 days of the original ship date of your order. After this time, we will be happy to repair jewelry for a small materials and shipping fee. Charming Sam cannot be responsible for tangled chains. However, we can remake a tangled chain for a small fee. To request a repair, please email or call us.
PayPal:
As of November 1, 2007 we are now accepting payments through PayPal. You will receive a confirmation from PayPal of your payment with the payee as "PerfectCity" and NOT Charming Sam Studio.
Credit cards:
Charming Sam accepts Visa and MasterCard. Just fill in your credit card information on the online form and be sure to enter the proper billing address and security code for your credit card. An invalid billing address or security code will delay your order. Your confidential credit card information is being securely transferred to the Yahoo payment processing system (Paymentech).
Security:
Ordering from Charming Sam is safe and secure. When checking out with our Shopping Cart, you are on a secure server, using what is called SSL (secure socket layer) technology. Your credit card and personal information is encrypted when transmitted to us and are stored in a secure environment.
Sometimes you may get a message that some pages on Charming Sam are not secure. This is a security alert message which results from browsing to a non-secure page from a secure page.
